SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping methods, packaging and cost :

 

. All Printful's shipping methods have tracking. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.


. Depending on your order destination and fulfillment location, you might have to pay customs fees. The fees may vary depending on the order value, country limits, etc.

. Because of the variety of products Printful fulfills, we package each item based on dimension requirements to ensure protection during shipment.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

 

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.
